Hi there! My name is Sarah and I’m a book blogger currently located on the east coast of Canada. I have a passion for finding, reading, and reviewing great books. I particularly enjoy fantasy, fantasy romance, and science fiction genres, but I also read the occasional historical fiction, romance, general fiction, and literary fiction pieces as well. Forests and Fiction was born after many months of posting book-related content on Instagram. My posts were a vehicle for me to nerd out about all of the books I was enjoying, but I quickly found myself connecting with others who were equally passionate about reading. I wanted a place where I could continue to build community and provide more detailed reviews, and so came F&F.
When I’m not reading, I’m typically enjoying time with my wonderful husband and our two furbabies, eating excessive amounts of Italian food, or enjoying the great outdoors. The name “Forests and Fiction” comes from the fact that we live in a province that is, in fact, 98% forest.
